These terms explain the basis on which VFS India provides private document assistance. By using the website, sending an enquiry or engaging our team, you acknowledge that our role is preparation support, checklist guidance, form assistance and communication about practical next steps. We are not an official issuing authority and we do not decide outcomes.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information. Before any application is lodged or submitted to an official authority, the client must review all details and confirm that the information is true. Fees paid to VFS India cover private assistance work, consultation time, document review and preparation support. Official fees, courier costs, notary charges or third-party charges may be separate.

Timelines, appointments, approvals, rejections, verification checks and document issue remain under the control of the relevant authority. We will communicate clearly, but we cannot override official rules or guarantee a result.
