Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be clear before preparation work begins. Consultation and assistance fees are connected to time, review, communication, checklist preparation and document guidance. If a client cancels before any work starts, we will review the request and explain the available option. Once preparation, review or consultation work has begun, fees may be partly or fully non-refundable.
Official authority fees, courier fees, notary charges, third-party charges and payment processing costs are usually separate from our private assistance fee and may not be refundable through VFS India. A refusal, delay, request for more documents or change in official processing time does not automatically create a refund because those outcomes are outside our control.
If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us with your name, service, payment date and explanation. We will review the matter fairly and respond with the next step.
- Refunds depend on the stage of work already completed.
- Official and third-party fees are handled separately from assistance fees.
- Billing questions should include the service name and payment date.
